Meridian Design Build has been selected to construct four new Showroom/Branch Distribution Facilities in the Chicago area for a leading broad-line supplier of facilities maintenance and related products. The Fortune 500 Company is a leading domestic and international business-to-business distributor of multiple products including electrical, HVAC, safety and facility maintenance items. The new facilities will be located in Aurora, Bensenville, Elgin and Rockford, IL. Meridian Design Build will provide full design-build construction services for all four facilities. The design team for the Elgin, Rockford, and Aurora projects includes Harris Architects, Inc. and Jacob and Hefner Associates P.C. Meridian Selected to Construct Two Romeoville Buildings

Meridian Design Build is pleased to announce that they have been selected by First American Properties to design and construct two new industrial facilities to be located within Paragon Business Center, a new 48-acre business park at Taylor Road and Belmont Drive in Romeoville, IL. Meridian was retained last fall to coordinate the design and construction of infrastructure improvements for the new 48-acre business park also being developed by First American Properties.

Meridian Completes 260K Spec Building in Sauk Village

Howard Green, Executive Vice President, is pleased to announce that Meridian Design Build has completed a new 258,950 square foot speculative industrial facility for DP Partners, at 21701 Mark Collins Drive in DP’s LogistiCenter at Sauk Village development.
The single-loaded multi-tenant warehouse/distribution building is divisible to 52,000 square feet and is available for immediate occupancy. The building features 32’ clear heights, 50’ by 50’ bays, 24 truck docks, and ample trailer parking. Meridian Completes Renovation for Highland Baking Co.

Paul Chuma, President of Meridian Design Build LLC, is pleased to announce that the firm has completed demolition and extensive renovation work on an existing 250,000 square foot building acquired by Highland Baking Co, located at 2301 Shermer Road in Northbrook, Illinois.
The facility replaced Highland’s existing facilities in Lincolnwood, Illinois. It serves as the main production facility for all their baking, distribution, cold storage, and general administration needs. The facility is the former site of the H.J. Heinz Company.
