Bartlett, IL, April 30th, 2025 – Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 400,112 SF design / build facility renovation / corporate headquarters project for RIM Logistics, Ltd. in Bartlett, IL. The new facility is located at 1303 Jack Court, a recently constructed Class A Speculative Industrial building that Dan Smolensky of TMG Real Estate Advisors helped RIM Logistics acquire in early 2024. Michael Androwich Jr., John Cassidy and Chris Nelson of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Midwest Industrial Funds, in that transaction.

Greenwood, IN, March 24, 2025 – Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a build-to-suit for a leading North American provider of LTL freight services on a 43-acre site at 2955 Allen Road in Greenwood, IN. Scannell Properties was the developer for the project.

Meridian Selected to Construct 2 Buildings in Columbus, OH

Columbus, OH, February 20, 2025 – Meridian Design Build was recently selected by Hillwood to construct two Class A speculative industrial buildings at their Central Columbus Commerce 71 development. The two buildings, totaling 624,004 SF, will be located on a 48-acre redevelopment site at the southwest corner of Windsor and Joyce Avenues. The Central Columbus Commerce 71 development is located within the Northeast submarket of Columbus with easy access to routes 1-670, I-70 and I-71 and two international airports.

Bartlett, IL, November 20, 2024 – Meridian Design Build recently completed a 51,500 SF manufacturing facility for International Packing & Crating (IPC) at 1313 Jack Court in Bartlett, IL.
