Joliet, IL, April 11th, 2018 — Meridian Design Build recently completed construction of an 112,500 SF truck terminal for CenterPoint Properties in Joliet, IL. The new facility is located on a 46.37 acre redevelopment site within the CenterPoint Business Center I-80.
The new truck terminal includes 17,930 SF of office space, 169 loading positions and two drive-in doors. An adjacent 22,176 SF maintenance building features 17 fully equipped service bays, a truck wash bay and a freestanding 3,000 SF fuel/lubrication island. Indianapolis, IN, April 4th, 2018– Meridian Design Build was recently selected by Ferguson Enterprises to design and construct a 122,000 SF industrial build to suit in Indianapolis, IN. The new facility, located on a 14.8 acre site at 4110 N. Franklin Road, will serve as a distribution facility for the company’s Plumbing Division. Ferguson Enterprises is a diverse distributor that spans multiple businesses including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, waterworks and industrial equipment.

Meridian Completes 48,200 SF Expansion in Oak Creek, WI

Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 48,200 SF warehouse expansion for GE Healthcare and Exeter Property Group in Oak Creek, WI. The addition brings the total size of the facility to 328,028 SF.

Meridian Design Build recently started construction on a 307,850 SF speculative industrial facility for Land and Lakes Development in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.
