Meridian Breaks Ground on Morey Innovation Center

Paul Chuma, President of Meridian Design Build LLC, is pleased to announce that ground has been broken on a new 26,300 square foot 2-story expansion for Morey Corporation’s Global Headquarters. Located in Internationale Centre, Woodridge, Illinois, this expansion will be an addition to the 95,100 square foot facility built in 1999.

Scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2007, the building’s main purpose will be to serve as a state-of-the-art technical development, engineering and testing facility for all products developed by The Morey Corporation. Meridian Holds Groundbreaking for O’Hare Logistics Center

Groundbreaking ceremonies were held on September 21, 2006 at O’Hare Logistics Center, a 12-acre park owned and being developed by Seefried Properties, an Atlanta based industrial development company.

Located near Chicago O’Hare International Airport at the Southwest corner of Devon and Ellis Avenues in Bensenville, IL, the center will be comprised of 2 speculative multi-tenant industrial facilities. Meridian Completes 260K Spec Building in Sauk Village

Howard Green, Executive Vice President, is pleased to announce that Meridian Design Build has been selected by DP Partners to construct a new 258,950 square foot speculative industrial facility at 21700 Mark Collins Drive in DP’s LogistiCenter at Sauk Village development.

Meridian Completes Facility for Del Monte Corporation

Meridian Design Build is pleased to announce that the firm has completed tenant improvement work for a new 364,800 square foot warehouse/distribution facility for Del Monte Corporation and Reno-based DP Partners at 501 Steward Road within the LogistiCenter at Rochelle, in Rochelle, IL.

LogistiCenter at Rochelle occupies the southwest quadrant of the interchange of two of Chicago’s major industrial corridors – I-88 and I-39 – within the I-39 Logistics Corridor.
