Meridian Tops Out on Staybridge Suites Hotel

Meridian Design Build recently topped out construction on an 85,000SF Staybridge Suites Hotel in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The three-story, 124 suite hotel includes studio, one, and two bedroom layouts with fully equipped kitchens to accommodate the needs of business travelers and other extended stay guests.
The new hotel incorporates the brand’s Vista scheme which seeks to reduce environmental impacts through sustainable material selections. Meridian Breaks Ground on Alsip Build-to-Suit

Meridian Design Build recently broke ground on a 171,670SF Build-to-Suit for Polmax Transportation at 122nd and Central in Alsip, IL. The 38 acre redevelopment project includes the demolition of an existing 37,000SF building and site work associated with the construction of 500 leased trailer parking positions.
The completed facility will include a modern cross-dock warehouse with 68 dock positions and 20,000SF of office space that will serve as the corporate headquarters for the growing company. Meridian Completes Carol Stream Distribution Center

Meridian Design Build recently completed the renovation of a 237,855SF industrial building at 284 Lies Road in Carol Stream to accommodate a new Regional Distribution Center for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours. Improvements to the facility were completed on a design build basis in less than eight weeks.
The scope of the project involved significant improvements to the building to accommodate its use as food grade distribution center including renovation of existing office and employee facilities. Lighting was upgraded throughout the climate controlled facility to incorporate energy efficient T-5 lighting with motion sensor controls.
