Meridian Completes Carol Stream Distribution Center

Meridian Design Build recently completed the renovation of a 237,855SF industrial building at 284 Lies Road in Carol Stream to accommodate a new Regional Distribution Center for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours. Improvements to the facility were completed on a design build basis in less than eight weeks.
The scope of the project involved significant improvements to the building to accommodate its use as food grade distribution center including renovation of existing office and employee facilities. Lighting was upgraded throughout the climate controlled facility to incorporate energy efficient T-5 lighting with motion sensor controls.
