Elgin, IL, July 22nd, 2020 – Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on two speculative industrial buildings for Scannell Properties at 2451 Bath Road and 1755 Britannia Drive in Elgin, IL. The projects are located within Elgin’s west side industrial corridor, less than a mile from the 4-way interchange at I-90 and Randall Road.
