Meridian Completes Joliet, IL Build to Suit

Joliet, IL, June 9th, 2021 – Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a Build to Suit for XTRA Lease on a 15-acre site within Ketone Business Center in Joliet, IL. The new facility, located at 3000 Channahon Road near full interchanges at I-80 and I-55, will serve freight haulers in central and northeastern Illinois.
