Meridian Awarded City of Chicago Build to Suit

Meridian Design Build was recently selected by Scannell Properties to design and construct a 219,858 SF automated package sorting and distribution center in the City of Chicago for a leading provider of global shipping and information services. The high profile development will feature over 3,000 feet of expressway frontage along the north side of Interstate 55 at South Damen Avenue.
The scope of the project will include dynamic compaction and other engineered ground improvements necessary to support the construction of three new buildings on the site.
