Montgomery, NY, August 16, 2017 — Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 248,370 SF package sortation and distribution center for developer SunCap Property Group on a 44.16 acre site in Orange County, New York. The new facility, built for a leading provider of global shipping and information services, is located at 201 Neelytown Road in Montgomery, NY.
