Meridian Completes Facility for Del Monte Corporation

Meridian Design Build is pleased to announce that the firm has completed tenant improvement work for a new 364,800 square foot warehouse/distribution facility for Del Monte Corporation and Reno-based DP Partners at 501 Steward Road within the LogistiCenter at Rochelle, in Rochelle, IL.
LogistiCenter at Rochelle occupies the southwest quadrant of the interchange of two of Chicago’s major industrial corridors – I-88 and I-39 – within the I-39 Logistics Corridor. The park has immediate access to the U.S. interstate highway system both north/south and east/west. The two mainlines that serve the park are the Union Pacific Railroad and the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway via the city-owned Rochelle Dual-Access Railroad…
