Meridian Holds Groundbreaking for O’Hare Logistics Center

Groundbreaking ceremonies were held on September 21, 2006 at O’Hare Logistics Center, a 12-acre park owned and being developed by Seefried Properties, an Atlanta based industrial development company.
Located near Chicago O’Hare International Airport at the Southwest corner of Devon and Ellis Avenues in Bensenville, IL, the center will be comprised of 2 speculative multi-tenant industrial facilities. Totaling 188,160 square feet, Building I (107,800 square feet), and Building II (80,360 square feet) are scheduled for completion in the 1st quarter of 2007.
