Meridian Selected to Construct AMB Remington Lakes Spec

Meridian Design Build is pleased to announce that they have broken ground on a new 228,494 square foot speculative industrial facility for AMB Property Corporation in Bolingbrook, IL. The scheduled completion date for the AMB Remington Lakes Distribution Center is early summer 2007.
Located right off of I-55 and South Frontage Road at 750 Veterans Parkway, the 30’ clear facility will be divisible down to 75,000 square feet. The building will feature 36 dock positions (expandable to 57) and 2 grade-level doors to accommodate multi-tenant occupancy.
