Meridian Completes Renovation for Highland Baking Co.

Paul Chuma, President of Meridian Design Build LLC, is pleased to announce that the firm has completed demolition and extensive renovation work on an existing 250,000 square foot building acquired by Highland Baking Co, located at 2301 Shermer Road in Northbrook, Illinois.
The facility replaced Highland’s existing facilities in Lincolnwood, Illinois. It serves as the main production facility for all their baking, distribution, cold storage, and general administration needs. The facility is the former site of the H.J. Heinz Company.
