Meridian Selected to Construct Two Romeoville Buildings

Meridian Design Build is pleased to announce that they have been selected by First American Properties to design and construct two new industrial facilities to be located within Paragon Business Center, a new 48-acre business park at Taylor Road and Belmont Drive in Romeoville, IL. Meridian was retained last fall to coordinate the design and construction of infrastructure improvements for the new 48-acre business park also being developed by First American Properties.
Building D-1, located on Taylor Road just east of the park entrance, is a 45,000 square foot multi-tenant speculative office/warehouse facility, which will feature a 24’ clear height, 4 exterior loading docks…
