Meridian Completes Lewis-Goetz Tenant Space

Meridian Design Build recently completed a new 38,713 square foot tenant space for Lewis-Goetz and Company, Inc., within the 260,000 square foot speculative building recently completed by Meridian Design Build for DP Partners at DP’s LogistiCenter at Sauk Village in the Village of Sauk Village, IL.
Lewis-Goetz and Company, Inc., will consolidate its Chicago divisional manufacturing/distribution operations from locations in South Holland, IL, and Bolingbrook, IL, into the new facility. The company, a privately owned fabricator of hose, conveyor belting, gaskets and packing, and accessories, will employ 40 people at the new facility.
