Meridian Completes O’Hare Logistics Center

Meridian Design Build recently announced the completion of O’Hare Logistics Center, a 12-acre business park owned and developed by Seefried Properties, an Atlanta-based industrial development company.
Located near Chicago O’Hare International Airport at the Southwest corner of Devon and Ellis Avenues in Bensenville, IL, the center is comprised of 2 speculative multi-tenant industrial facilities totaling 188,160 square feet. The two buildings, Building I (107,800 square feet), and Building II (80,360 square feet), were designed to accommodate freight forwarding and cargo warehousing.
