Meridian Begins Construction at Bluff Point III

Construction is well underway on the Bluff Point III Distribution Facility in Romeoville, IL. Meridian Design Build was selected by Land and Lakes Development Co to serve as design-build general contractor for the project earlier this year.
The 506,800 square foot speculative industrial facility is located at the Southeast corner of Joliet Road and Bluff Road and is the third building within Land and Lakes Bluff Point Business Park. The building is designed to accommodate multi-tenant occupancy with 4 drive-in-doors, a 30’ clear height, and an ESFR Sprinkler System.
