Meridian Completes Construction of Hotel

Meridian Design Build recently completed the construction of a 93,500SF Staybridge Suites Hotel in San Antonio, Texas for Montex Real Estate. The 135 suite hotel features studio, one, and two bedroom layouts and is one of the brand’s first to incorporate the new Vista design scheme.
The 5-story building and 31,500 SF underground parking garage was constructed of cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete planks and concrete block walls. Key amenities include a 10,000SF activity deck that contains a barbeque pavilion, fire pit, spacious outdoor seating areas, swimming pool, and recreation area.
