Meridian Awarded 239,000SF Build-to-Suit Facility

Meridian Design Build has been selected by Scannell Properties to coordinate the design and construction of a 239,000SF Build-to-Suit facility on a 54.2 Acre land site in Romeoville, IL. The new building will serve as a ground distribution and package sorting center for Scannell’s tenant, a leading global provider of shipping and information services.
Mayor John Noak announced at Romeoville’s January 10th “State of the Village” address that the company has plans to invest more than $37 million at the new facility.
