Meridian Completes 510,722 SF of Construction in Ohio

Meridian Design Build recently completed 510,722 SF of construction on two buildings for developer Scannell Properties in Twinsburg, OH. The new facilities, a 303,888 SF build-to-suit and a 207,360 SF speculative industrial building, are located on 59 acres of land within Cornerstone Business Park.
The build-to-suit project, constructed for a leading provider of global shipping and information services, features 99 loading docks, 236 interior van loading position, 509 exterior trailer stalls and 15,434 SF of office/administrative space.
