Meridian Awarded Indianapolis Build to Suit

Indianapolis, IN, April 4th, 2018– Meridian Design Build was recently selected by Ferguson Enterprises to design and construct a 122,000 SF industrial build to suit in Indianapolis, IN. The new facility, located on a 14.8 acre site at 4110 N. Franklin Road, will serve as a distribution facility for the company’s Plumbing Division. Ferguson Enterprises is a diverse distributor that spans multiple businesses including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, waterworks and industrial equipment.
