Plainfield, IN, September 25th, 2018 – Meridian Design Build recently started construction on a 262,758 SF industrial spec building for HSA Commercial Real Estate in Plainfield, IN. The new facility will be located on a 19.36 acre site at 845 Airtech Parkway.

Pleasant, WI, September 19th, 2018 — Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 307,850 SF speculative industrial facility for Land and Lakes Development in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. Woodridge, IL, July 18th, 2018 — Meridian Design Build recently started construction on a 124,575 SF speculative multi-tenant industrial facility for Molto Properties at 2379 Davey Road in Woodridge, Illinois. The project is located between I-55 and I-355 with superb access to both highways.

Chicago, IL, July 10th, 2018 — Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 75,000 SF build to suit for Banner Wholesale Grocers on a 4.25 acre redevelopment site in Chicago, IL. The new facility is located on the north bank of the Chicago River at 2639 South Damen Avenue.
