Chicago, IL, June 17, 2020 – Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 358,879 SF industrial spec building for NorthPoint Development in the City of Chicago. The new facility is located on a 31.18-acre redevelopment site at 12144 South Avenue O.

Edwardsville, IL, June 3, 2020 – Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 673,920 SF speculative industrial building for Exeter Property Group in Edwardsville, IL. The new facility is located on a 135 acre parcel within Gateway Commerce Center at the intersection of I-270 / I-255.

Meridian Completes Columbus Area Seating Plant

Lancaster, OH, April 28th, 2020 – Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 153,000 sf manufacturing building for developer SunCap Properties in Lancaster, OH. The new facility serves as Magna Seating’s first dedicated automobile seat structure plant in the U.S.

Meridian Completes Meat Processing Facility in Chicago

Chicago, IL, April 8th, 2020 – Meridian Design Build recently wrapped construction on an 84,000sf USDA meat processing plant for Amylu Foods within Chicago’s Stockyards Industrial Park at 1400 W. 44th Street. Amylu has relocated their operations to the new facility from their West Loop plant where they operated for over 95 years, a move that has allowed them to significantly increase production capacity and broaden their line of offerings.
