Meridian Design Build recently completed the renovation and expansion of a 14,626SF medical office facility for Barrington Orthopedic Specialists at 120 E Higgins Road in Elk Grove Village, IL.
The project, completed on a fast-track basis in just 64 working days, involved the full renovation of an existing single story office building to repurpose it for medical use. The completed project includes a physical therapy gym, exam rooms, cast rooms, imaging areas, and full service rehabilitation facilities. Meridian Design Build was recently selected to complete renovation and addition work associated with a 14,626SF facility for Barrington Orthopedic Specialists at 120 E Higgins Road in Elk Grove Village, IL.
Construction is currently underway on the project which includes the full renovation of an existing single story office building to accommodate new exam rooms, cast rooms, imaging areas, rehabilitation facilities, and a physical therapy gym. A significant amount of interior demolition work has already been completed and a building addition is being constructed to accommodate waiting areas and a covered patient entrance/drop-off area. Meridian Breaks Ground on Construction of Hotel

Meridian Design Build recently broke ground on an 85,000SF Staybridge Suites Hotel in Bowling Green, Kentucky for Wellspring Investment, LLC. The new 124 suite extended stay hotel consists of studio, one, and two bedroom layouts and features the new Vista design scheme which emphasizes the use of green materials and minimizes impacts to the environment.
The new hotel is adjacent to Western Kentucky University’s Knicely Conference Center and will service the many visitors to its recently expanded facilities. Meridian Design Build recently completed the construction of a 93,500SF Staybridge Suites Hotel in San Antonio, Texas for Montex Real Estate. The 135 suite hotel features studio, one, and two bedroom layouts and is one of the brand’s first to incorporate the new Vista design scheme.
The 5-story building and 31,500 SF underground parking garage was constructed of cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete planks and concrete block walls. Key amenities include a 10,000SF activity deck that contains a barbeque pavilion, fire pit, spacious outdoor seating areas, swimming pool, and recreation area.
