Strongsville, OH, June 6, 2017– Meridian Design Build recently completed construction for a new 185,210 SF speculative flex building for developer Scannell Properties on a 21.83 acre site at 14700 Foltz Parkway in Strongsville, OH.
The multi-tenant building features 28 loading docks, 2 drive in doors and 164 auto parking stalls. The design of the building incorporates a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof and LED lighting. Meridian Completes Full Building Tenant Buildout

Meridian Design Build recently completed a 226,102 SF full building tenant buildout for Molto Properties and LASCO Fittings, Inc. at 1881 Normantown Road in Romeoville, IL. The project was completed 10 days ahead of schedule.
The new facility includes 4,486 SF of office/employee facilities space and a 221,616 SF distribution warehouse with 35 loading docks, 205 auto parking stalls, 39 trailer stalls and 2 drive in doors. Additional work consisted of a shipping office, dock upgrades, modifications to the overhead lighting/life safety systems to accommodate a fully racked warehouse and installation of MEP systems to support battery charging operations.
Meridian Completes Bartlett Build to Suit

Bartlett, IL, February 14, 2017– Meridian Design Build recently completed a 67,080 SF build to suit for Traffic Control & Protection on a 9.5 acre site within Abbott Land & Investment’s Blue Heron Business Park in Bartlett, IL.
The new facility includes 10,000 SF of office/employee facilities space, a 13,000 SF sign shop/silk screen area, a barricade shop, and seven vehicle maintenance bays. Additional features include a 24,000 SF covered exterior dock platform and a 7.5 acre outside storage yard paved with pervious fractionalized asphalt pavement.

Meridian Design Build Awarded 421,203 SF Spec Project

Meridian Design Build recently began construction on a new 421,403 SF speculative industrial building for Exeter Property Group in Bartlett, IL. The new facility will be located on a 34-acre site within Brewster Creek Business Park.
The 32’ clear multi-tenant building is designed to accommodate up to four tenants, 117 loading docks, four drive in doors, 449 auto parking stalls and 110 exterior trailer stalls.
Architectural services are being provided by Harris Architects. Civil engineering work is being completed by V3 Companies.
