Meridian selected for 50,000SF Building Renovation

Meridian Design Build has been selected by MC², a national leader in the event and exhibits industry, to complete the renovation of a 50,000SF building located at 160 East Fullerton in Carol Stream, IL. The single-tenant industrial building is owned by Colony Realty Partners and managed by Colliers International.
Construction is underway on the fast-track project which includes gut renovation of the existing office space and a significant amount of compressed air and electrical distribution work to accommodate relocation of the company’s manufacturing operations from its existing facility at 2120 South Jefferson in Chicago.
