Meridian Awarded Out-of-State Self Storage Project

Meridian Design Build was recently selected to act as general contractor for The Lock Up, a self storage facility in Bonita Springs, Florida. Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2013, the new self storage center will consist of a 73,024 SF four-story main building and a separate 6,768 SF single-story structure. The facility will be situated on U.S. 41, north of Bonita Beach Road.
The facility will offer climate controlled and drive-up units as well as covered loading bays and secure access to accommodate the needs of its clients. The new Bonita Springs location will be The Lock Up’s 6th facility in the state of Florida. The project is being coordinated by Meridian’s…
