Meridian Begins Work on Cicero Renovation Project

Meridian Design Build was recently selected by C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. to coordinate the renovation of a 90,000 SF manufacturing facility in Cicero, IL. Improvements to the building, currently home to CRL Glass Machinery (formerly Sommer & Maca), are being made to streamline existing operations and accommodate the needs of CRL’s recently acquired U.S. Aluminum division.
Interior demolition and reconfiguration work will be completed to accommodate warehouse and manufacturing requirements for both divisions including a significant amount of electrical distribution and wiring. Existing office space will be converted into a Will Call area…
