Meridian Completes Johnstone Supply One Month Early

Meridian Design Build recently completed construction work for a 236,273 SF distribution center for Johnstone Supply in Joliet, IL. Improvements to the existing facility located at 3500 Corporate Drive were completed on a fast-track basis one month ahead of schedule.
Significant improvements were completed to accommodate the tenant’s requirements including installation of T-5 warehouse lighting, construction of a hazardous materials storage area, reconfiguration/expansion of office and shipping office space, and installation/reconfiguration of loading docks to accommodate a single-loaded operation.
