Meridian Breaks Ground on Grayslake Expansion

Meridian Design Build has begun construction on an 87,777 SF expansion to a 215,000 SF ground distribution and package sorting center that the company completed in 2011. The expansion, Meridian’s third project for Indianapolis based developer Scannell Properties, is being constructed on a build-to-suit basis to accommodate the needs of Scannell’s tenant, a leading global provider of shipping and information services.
