Meridian Completes Kubota Engine Expansion

Meridian Design Build recently completed a 100,280 SF building expansion to Kubota Engine America’s U.S. headquarters in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The expansion, completed on a design/build basis, more than doubles the size of the company’s facility there.
The expansion adds 81,880 SF of additional plant/warehouse space and 18,400 SF of space designed to serve as future offices. Site improvements were also completed to create additional employee parking to accommodate Kubota Engine America’s future growth.
