Meridian Awarded Self Storage Project in Wheaton

Meridian Design Build was recently selected to act as general contractor for an 81,543 SF self-storage facility in Wheaton, IL for The Lock Up. The new four-story facility will be located adjacent to the Main Street Marketplace shopping center at the northwest corner of Main Street and Geneva Road.
The building will offer climate controlled and drive-up units and will feature covered loading bays with secure access to accommodate the needs of its clients. The project is Meridian’s second for The Lock Up, with construction currently underway on a 73,000 SF four-story facility in Bonita Springs, Florida.
