Meridian to Construct Rockford Area Project

Meridian Design Build was recently selected by Ruedebusch Development & Construction, Inc. to design and construct a 186,533 SF package sorting and distribution center on a 24-acre site in Winnebago County, IL. The new facility will be constructed in Venture One’s Rock 39 Industrial Park situated in the I-39 Logistics Corridor.
The new automated sort facility will include 7,516 SF of office space, 187 exterior trailer stalls, and a 390 car parking lot. A vehicle maintenance garage and gateway security building will also be constructed to support the facility.
