Meridian Completes Quad Cities Build to Suit

Meridian Design Build recently completed work on a 189,926 SF build to suit in the Quad Cities area for Indianapolis based developer Scannell Properties. The new automated package sortation and distribution facility is located on a 29 acre site in Rock Island, IL at Route 92 and Turkey Hollow Road.
The pre-engineered metal building includes 59 loading docks, 193 exterior trailer stalls, 160 van loading positions, and 8,256 SF of office space.
