Meridian Completes 304,317 SF Pennsylvania Build-to-Suit

Meridian Design Build’s National Projects Group recently completed the construction of an automated package sorting and distribution center for developer Scannell Properties. The new facility, constructed on a design-build basis, is located on a 59.18 acre site in Pittston Township, PA.
The 304,317 SF building includes 99 loading docks, 237 interior van loading positions, 593 auto parking stalls and 350 exterior trailer stalls. Additional construction included 14,734 SF of office/administrative space, a 2,940 SF gateway building and a 5,180 SF maintenance shop…
