Meridian Design Build Awarded 421,203 SF Spec Project

Meridian Design Build recently began construction on a new 421,403 SF speculative industrial building for Exeter Property Group in Bartlett, IL. The new facility will be located on a 34-acre site within Brewster Creek Business Park.
The 32’ clear multi-tenant building is designed to accommodate up to four tenants, 117 loading docks, four drive in doors, 449 auto parking stalls and 110 exterior trailer stalls.
Architectural services are being provided by Harris Architects. Civil engineering work is being completed by V3 Companies.
