Meridian Breaks Ground on 75,000 SF Chicago Build To Suit

Meridian Design Build recently started construction on a 75,000 SF build to suit facility for Banner Wholesale Grocers on a 4.25 acre site in Chicago, IL. The new facility is located on a redevelopment site at 2639 South Damen Avenue.
The 36’ clear building features LED Lighting, a fully air-conditioned wholesale floor, high cube freezer/cooler space, 8 loading docks, and a covered van platform with 16 loading positions.
