Meridian Completes I-80 Truck Terminal in Joliet, IL

Joliet, IL, April 11th, 2018 — Meridian Design Build recently completed construction of an 112,500 SF truck terminal for CenterPoint Properties in Joliet, IL. The new facility is located on a 46.37 acre redevelopment site within the CenterPoint Business Center I-80.
The new truck terminal includes 17,930 SF of office space, 169 loading positions and two drive-in doors. An adjacent 22,176 SF maintenance building features 17 fully equipped service bays, a truck wash bay and a freestanding 3,000 SF fuel/lubrication island.
