Meridian Starts Construction on 670K SF St. Louis Project

Edwardsville, IL, April 16th, 2019 – Meridian Design Build recently broke ground on a 673,920 SF speculative industrial building for Exeter Property Group in Edwardsville, IL. The new facility is located on a 135 acre parcel within Gateway Commerce Center at the intersection of I-270 / I-255.
The 36’ clear multi-tenant building is designed to accommodate up to 132 loading docks, 4 drive-in doors, 398 auto parking stalls and 171 exterior trailer stalls.
