Meridian to Construct Chicago Project for NorthPoint

Chicago, IL, August 7th, 2019 – Meridian Design Build recently started construction on a 358,879 SF multi-tenant industrial spec building for NorthPoint Development in the City of Chicago. The new facility will be located on a 31.18 acre redevelopment site at 12144 South Avenue O on the city’s southeast side.
