Meridian Starts Construction on New Haven Truck Terminal

New Haven, CT, November 12th, 2019 – Meridian Design Build recently broke ground on a 74-door truck terminal for developer Scannell Properties. The new facility will be located on a 41.25 acre site at 161 Marsh Hill Road in Orange, CT.
The terminal building will include 5,858 SF of office space, 76 loading positions, and 1 drive-in door. An adjacent 9,680 SF maintenance facility will feature 4 fully equipped service bays and a truck wash bay. Site improvements will include 171 auto parking stalls, 131 trailer storage positions…
