Meridian Breaks Ground on Build to Suit for CR Laurence

Howard Green, Executive Vice President of Meridian Design Build LLC, is pleased to announce that the firm has broken ground on a new 75,200 square foot office, warehouse, and distribution facility for C.R. Laurence at 2765 Spectrum Drive, in Elgin, IL.
Scheduled for completion in late March 2006, the project is being developed by Interstate Partners on a 4.9-acre site within Northwest Business Park.
