Meridian Breaks Ground on Major Expansion in Sauk Village

Howard Green, Executive Vice President of Meridian Design Build LLC, is pleased to announce that the firm has broken ground on a 364,000 square-foot cross-docked/rail-served expansion to the speculative distribution center it completed earlier this year for DP Partners at 21700 Mark Collins Drive in the new LogistiCenter at Sauk Village industrial park.
The expansion, scheduled for completion in early summer 2006, will increase the size of the existing facility from 412,615 square feet to 776,615 square feet.
