Meridian Completes 260K Spec Building in Sauk Village

Howard Green, Executive Vice President, is pleased to announce that Meridian Design Build has been selected by DP Partners to construct a new 258,950 square foot speculative industrial facility at 21700 Mark Collins Drive in DP’s LogistiCenter at Sauk Village development.
With a scheduled completion of December 31st, 2006, foundation and utility work for the project are already underway. The single-loaded multi-tenant warehouse/distribution building is divisible to 60,000 square feet and features 32’ clear heights, 50’ by 50’ bays, 24 truck docks, and ample trailer parking.
