Meridian Selected for Paragon Infrastructure

Meridian Design Build is pleased to announce that they have been selected to coordinate the design and construction of infrastructure improvements for Paragon Business Center, a new 48- acre business park being developed by First American Properties at Taylor Road and Belmont Drive in Romeoville, IL.
Meridian Design Build will be responsible for mass grading, stormwater detention, installation of new roadways, street lighting, and public and private utilities. This will help in the subdivision of the property and to accommodate speculative and build-to-suit industrial buildings ranging in size from 30,000 square feet, up to 200,000 square feet.
