Indianapolis, IN, July 7, 2020 – Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 367,808 SF multi-tenant speculative industrial building for Exeter Property Group in Indianapolis, IN. The new facility is located on a 31.68 acre redevelopment site at 5325 Seerley Road.
