Meridian Completes Food Facility Expansion

Meridian Design Build has completed an 84,000 square foot facility expansion for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours at 3141 W. North Avenue in Melrose Park, IL. The scope of the design build redevelopment project included demolition of an outdated 100,000SF 2 story masonry, timber, and cast in place concrete structure.
Improvements within the new addition included insulated metal wall and ceiling panels, mechanical and lighting systems, and sanitation stations designed to meet AIB standards.
