Indianapolis, IN, September 12, 2019 – Meridian Design Build recently broke ground on a 367,808 SF multi-tenant speculative industrial building for Exeter Property Group in Indianapolis, IN. The new facility is located on a 31.68 acre redevelopment site at 5325 Seerley Road in Indianapolis, IN.
