Mr. Chuma, as President and co-founder of Meridian Design Build, is responsible for management of the firm’s day to day operations. He coordinates strategic planning efforts that provide direction for the firm’s future growth. In addition to assisting clients with new project planning and development, he guides the executive management team and oversees the legal and financial operations of the company.
Mr. Chuma has been involved in the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of more than 250 facilities with a total square footage in excess of 35 million square feet.
Prior to the founding of Meridian Design Build, Mr. Chuma tenured an eighteen-year career with various design build construction firms throughout the Chicago area.
